The season runs from May through September, with each town’s ride telling its own unique story.
For 2026, Eventful Riders is proud to collaborate with Zara’s Planet to host multiple exclusive group experiencesthroughout the Scottish riding season. These trips are designed specifically for confident, experienced riders seeking an authentic and adrenaline-filled adventure that captures the true spirit of Scotland.

Hunting Experiences
During the hunting season, Eventful Riders takes part in the excitement and tradition of drag hunting and clean boot hunting across some of England’s most beautiful countryside. These thrilling, fast-paced days celebrate horsemanship, teamwork, and the social spirit of the sport — following a pre-laid scent trail rather than live quarry.
We’re proudly connected with some of the best hireling yards in the country, ensuring riders have access to exceptional horses, local knowledge, and well-organised days in the field. Whether you’re joining for the first time or returning for another season, it’s a wonderful way to experience the camaraderie, pace, and heritage of hunting in the modern day.
